3cloveGarlic
5dlFromage frais

Instructions for Ærtesalat

To prepare the Ærtesalat recipe, please follow these instructions:

Fromage frais drain in a coffee filter or in a dish for at least 4 hours before cooking the pea salad.

The drained fromage frais is mixed with crushed garlic, lemon juice, cane sugar, salt and pepper as well as the thawed peas.

Cauliflower cut into bouquets and rucola flushed.

It all turns together before serving.
