150gWheat flour
150gButter or margarine
25gCoarsely chopped cocktail cherries which turned into flour so they don't sink to the bottom of the cake mass
25gChopped chocolate mixed with 25 g chopped almonds or nuts.

To prepare the 3 kinds of form cakes recipe, please follow these instructions:

Fat and sugar is stirred into a light and airy mass. The fat should be softened to a consistency like mayonnaise. Add the eggs one at a time. Finally add the flour and stir it all into a uniform mass.

The dough is distributed equally in three bowls. In the one touched A-filling and in the other B-filling, the third part must not add stuffing.

The mass is distributed in 3 x 7 lubricated and Piebald vol-au-vent molds and bake in the oven at 220 degrees C in the Middle slot is approx. 15 minutes. The oven must have the right temperature from the start.

Used smaller molds, URf.eks. lens molds, there must of course be used several moulds for the above portion. The molds may only make 2/3 up. The smaller molds bake approximately 12 minutes.
