2pkgLipton løgsuppemix (or vegetable broth)

Instructions for 7-day diet cure (loss 10-17 pounds)

To prepare the 7-day diet cure (loss 10-17 pounds) recipe, please follow these instructions:

Tap up to 17 pounds in 7 days

SUPPE (the soup can be eaten every day).
1 main white cabbage or spider bowl
2 onions
2 green peppers
1 leaf celery
1 can of peeled tomatoes
2 hp. Lipton onion soup (possibly vegetable broth)

Chop the vegetables very well. Cook it all for 10 min. (The vegetables must be covered with water) lower the temperature and let it simmer until the vegetables are tender.

The soup can be eaten when you feel hungry. You can eat as much as you like. The soup does not increase the calories you consume - in fact you will lose yourself the more you eat it.
DAY 1: All kinds of fruit - except bananas - as much as you want.
DAY 2: All kinds of vegetables - except for corn and dried beans.
DAY 3: Fruits and vegetables with the same exceptions as mentioned today 1 and 2.
DAY 4: Banana with milk - up to 8 bananas and 2¼ dl. Skim milk.
DAY 5: Tomato steak - You can cook the steak as you like - and you must eat as much as you can. If you eat up to 6 tomatoes, you should drink 8 glasses of water.
DAY 6: steak and vegetables - with the same exceptions as on days 2 and 5.
DAY 7: brown rice and vegetables and unsweetened fruit juice.

You have to drink all that diet black coffee / the you can. No salt on the food and no sugar in the coffee / tea
If the diet is to work, it is not permitted to replace any of the above mentioned items
