The yeast is crumbled and stirred in water and beer. Add sugar and salt and dissolve. Add wheat and grahamsmel slightly at a time and knead thoroughly until the dough is smooth and smooth. Raise the cover under a moist cloth for 3 1/2 hours.

After raising, dough the dough again thoroughly and form into 1 large loaf of bread which is put into raising a cool place for a further 3 1/2 hours.

The bread is scratched with a sharp knife and brushed with spicy egg or water. Bake in a preheated oven at 240 degrees for approx. 10 minutes, then the temperature is lowered to 190 degrees, and the bread is finished in approximately 30 minutes.
