Ingredients for Aiola

Basil (at will)
Lemon juice at will
Dill (at will)
Freshly ground pepper
Chopped nuts (at will)
1tspDijon mustard
1cloveGarlic
1tspSalt
1Large egg yolk (pastoriseret)
2.8dlExtra virgin olive oil
2.8dlOlive oil

Instructions for Aiola

To prepare the Aiola recipe, please follow these instructions:

Crush garlic with 1 teaspoon of salt in a mortar. Put egg yolk and mustard in a bowl and whip it.

Add olive oil, drop by drop. Once you have added a quarter of the oil, you can add in larger quantities at a time.

When all oil is added add garlic, lemon, basil, nuts and dill.

Finally add salt, freshly ground pepper, lemon juice and garlic.
