Wheat flour
1Eggs
2dlOil
2tspSalt
2.5dlGreek yogurt
2.5dlWater
3-5tbspSugar (at will)
50gYeast

Instructions for Airy soft buns with Greek yogurt

To prepare the Airy soft buns with Greek yogurt recipe, please follow these instructions:

Mix Greek yogurt and water, stirring yeast, sugar and salt.
Add flour until the mixture is like oatmeal.
Eggs and oil are stirred / kneaded.
Add some flour, until the dough has a good texture (please stick a little bit)
Let the dough rise for 15 minutes.
Eat it through.
Let it rise for another 15 minutes.
Divide the dough into 20 pieces. And turn them on to buns.
Let them adhere 30-45 min.
Bake them at 200 degrees C. alm. Oven for 12-15 min.
Cool on a grid.

tips:
When I bake buns, I always give them a little tap of water on my fingers, so do not wipe them out during the euthanasia (never use ointment or the like. Neither the tea towels during the aftermath) and the balls will have a nice shape and surface.
