1kgCrushed marie biscuits (preferably powdered)
1dlRum or orange juice
100gChopped walnuts
100gM & m's or other hard candies (such as sweets)
100gRaisins
250gSoft margarine
250gIcing sugar
3Pastauriserede eggs without yolk
300gMelted dark chocolate

Instructions for Albanian 'bomb' cake

To prepare the Albanian 'bomb' cake recipe, please follow these instructions:

Start pouring the cream or orange juice into a bowl of raisins so that the raisins are allowed to soak in the liquid and get the taste.
In the crushed biscuits mix the melted chocolate, the soft margarine and the chopped walnuts.
The egg whites are whipped with flour and poured into the mixture of biscuits - then mix well.
Then add the raisins you made to cream in the room / orange juice and chopped M & M's / other hard candies.
The mixture is put in the refrigerator until it cools down (about 2 hours).
Then you form the cake on a nice plate as desired, the ideal is to shape "half a ball".

tips:
It can be decorated with white glaze where you can then make lines of melted chocolate as a football. Good for children's birthdays.
