150gGood dark chocolate (80%)
150gHazelnuts
160gFlour
2tbspVanilliesukker
200gBrown sugar
200gSugar
3tbspCocoa
5tbspLukewarm water (or coffee)
6Eggs (m/l)

Instructions for All-time Brownies

To prepare the All-time Brownies recipe, please follow these instructions:

In a food processor, chocolates and hazelnuts are chopped together. (Can also be chopped in a blender, or for that matter in your hand).

Mix flour, baking soda, cocoa and vanilla sugar thoroughly together in a bowl.

Butter, sugar and dough are whipped together, egg is added one at a time during whipping, then the flour mixture.

Finally, the chocolate / nutrient mixture is stirred in.

The whole is poured into a greased form (30 × 40 cm) - Deep frying pan with baking paper can also be used.
The brownie cake is baked at 170 degrees for 30-40 minutes depending on the thickness of the mold - try with a needle needle / knitting needle if there is anything left on it.

Then put the icing on when the cake has cooled down and chop any little dark chocolate upstairs

Finally, cut the cake to the desired size
