Instructions for Alm. White bread

To prepare the Alm. White bread recipe, please follow these instructions:

Melt the butter in a saucepan and add milk, salt and sugar. Warm the contents until it feels lean on the tip of the little finger. Pour the mixture into a bowl and crumble the yeast. Stir until the yeast is dissolved.

Add the flour gradually - save some flour. Sprinkle some flour on a cleaned kitchen table and knead the dough well through. Put the dough back into the bowl and cover with a dish. Let the dough lift a loose place for approx. 40 min.

Bring the dough on a crispy kitchen table, knead it well and form it into a long sausage. Bring it in a greased french bread (about 1½ liter). Let the dough adhere to the cover for approx. 35 min.

Brush the bread milk. Bake French bread on the bottom groove, at 200 degrees C. alm. Oven approx. 30 minutes.

When the bread is baked, take it out of the mold and lay it on a baker. While it is still warm, brush it with water, then it's steaming. Then put a dish over and let the bread cool.

tips:
You do not necessarily have to use all the flour. Make sure the bread is not too compact.
