0.5Rod finely chopped vanilla

125gChopped almonds
2tbspCocoa
200gButter or margarine

Instructions for Almond-medals

To prepare the Almond-medals recipe, please follow these instructions:

Ingredients for the dough, with the exception of the tonsils, kneaded well together. Be a cool place for about 3 hours, if desired. 1 hour in the refrigerator.

Then roll the dough out to approximately ½ cm. thickness. Set with a liqueur glass or small column form in the same size. Brush with the remaining halves together beaten eggs. Dip in the chopped almonds. Put on plate and baked golden brown on the Middle Groove at 200 degrees C for about 8 minutes.
