125gButter or margarine
250gWheat flour
35gYeast
75gMargarine

Instructions for Alternative tebirkes

To prepare the Alternative tebirkes recipe, please follow these instructions:

The Margarine crumbles in the flour. The yeast is poured into the cold milk and poured into the flour mixture.
The dough is kneaded until it is uniform (you may need a little more flour than indicated in the recipe).
The dough must not rise before further processing.

The dough is divided into 3 equal pieces and rolled to a piece of 16 * 16 cm. Then lubricate the dough on the dough.
The dough is folded together on the same line in 3 layers.
Then divide one into 4 equal pieces with a knife. The pieces are placed on a baking sheet and raise loose and covered for approx. 20 min.
