Soup horn or spaghetti (can easily be omitted)

100gPebberrod
150gCarrots
2dlCream 18% (can easily be omitted, add instead 8 dl buillon)
2canChopped tomato
200gOnion
7dlHønsebuillon
70gTomato puree

Instructions for Amanda's healthy tomato soup

To prepare the Amanda's healthy tomato soup recipe, please follow these instructions:

Sweat the onion in a saucepan. Then add the other vegetables and turn them short.
Add the bowl, chopped tomatoes and tomato puree.
Let the dish boil for 20 minutes.
Cook the pasta in a saucepan separately.
Season the vegetables and blend them.
Add as many vegetables as possible to the soup (the soup is grated but deliciously creamy) and add cream. Add cream as needed and season with salt and pebbles.
Add paste as needed


tips:
Vegetables in all shades can be used! Other spices can also be added, try for example paprika or chili. A little grated parmesan cheese on top can also be delicious.
