To prepare the Amaretto pudding with flower sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:

Heat the oven to 170 degrees. Grease six small bowls. Mix ½ teaspoon cinnamon with 2 tablespoons of sugar and sprinkle this mixture into the bowls. Whip eggs, egg whites, amaretto, honey and ½ teaspoon cinnamon. Whip milk and pour the mixture into the dishes. Put the dishes in the water bath and behind them approx. 30 minutes in the oven.
