1.5tbspSalt
2tbspOil
2tbspSugar
5dlWater
50gYeast
900gWheat flour

Instructions for American Bagels

To prepare the American Bagels recipe, please follow these instructions:

Stir the yeast into the lukewarm water, add the other ingredients and knead the dough to make it smooth and spicy. Let the dough rest approx. 15 min. Under a piece of plastic / cloth.

Divide the dough into 16 pieces, roll them into 25-30 cm sausages. Each piece is formed into a ring - use possibly. Some water in the collection. Let them raise about 30 min. A warm place.
