Pepper
Salt
1Red onion
1Great snack pepper
1tspTomato pasta
2Beef bullion
2Large carrots
3Small onions
4cloveGarlic minced or grated
50gWheat flour

Instructions for American Bread Bowl Beef Stew

To prepare the American Bread Bowl Beef Stew recipe, please follow these instructions:

Brown the beef in very hot olive oil until the meat is brown.
Take the meat up and over in a bowl or similar, lightly sprinkle with wheat flour.

Brown onion, garlic, red onions and half of the snack pepper in the remaining hot olive oil until they are white.
Then bring the meat and approx. 2-3 dl water and let it simmer approx. 10 min.
Season with salt and pepper.

Add the chopped carrots, snack pepper, 2 pieces. Beef bunion (or after taste) and 1 teaspoon tomato paste.
Add 1 glass of red wine.
Let the simmer simmer by even heat for 45 - 60 min.

Add any baked beens.

Cut French bread in large slices 5-10 cm, and pour the bread.
Place the bread in a deep plate and pour the beef stew into the bread.
Let the dish pull in the bread for a couple of minutes before serving, so the bread becomes soft of the sauce.
