Instructions for American corn budding

To prepare the American corn budding recipe, please follow these instructions:

Let the milk boil and then lower the heat. Gently pour the corn flour in stirring and continue stirring until the mixture becomes thick, about 5 minutes.
Remove the saucepan from the heat and let it cool for 10 minutes.

Add the fat, egg, syrup, ginger and cinnamon and mix well. Grease a baked-fat baking. Pour the mixture into the mold and bag it in the oven at 170ยบ for about 1 3/4 hours. Feel a pinch if the bidding is done.
