To prepare the American pancakes (Brunch) recipe, please follow these instructions:

Mix all of the above ingredients in a bowl until the dough is uniform.

Warm the forehead, if necessary. A fried egg pan or blinispande and add a little butter. Bring the dough on the forehead in bumps that will flow out of themselves (about ½ dl.). Bake them until the surface bubbles and the underside is light brown. Turn the pancakes and back on.

It takes a few minutes on each page.

Server the pancakes in stacks of butter and maple syrup, possibly. With some bacon or sausages, if it's going to be really American.
