Ingredients for Amo's classic birthday buns

1Eggs
1tspCardamom, ground
1tspSalt
1tbspSugar
150gButter
2.5dlMilk
500gWheat flour
75gYeast

Instructions for Amo's classic birthday buns

To prepare the Amo's classic birthday buns recipe, please follow these instructions:

Melt butter and add milk. Let it get stiff (about 38 degrees). Dissolve yeast.

Add sugar. Whip the eggs together and stir them in.

Bring the flour and stir well with a saucepan until it is smooth. The dough must be very lind, so if you think there is too little flour at this time, the dough is absolutely perfect.

Let the dough raise loose and covered approx. 30 minutes.

Bring flour or some oil on your hands (the dough is still a little soft and greasy) and shape the balls. Place them on a baking sheet with baking paper. Let them adhere for approx. 40 minutes while the oven is preheated to 220 degrees (hot air 200 degrees).

Brush the balls with eggs and put them in the middle of the oven for approx. 10-12 minutes.

tips:
The world's best birthday buns are nothing short of amazing. The recipe is the good old most people know, from Amo. It's the same as you can get when you buy Amo buns that you only add water to. The recipe I have from "The Great Birthday Bake" from Amo. There are no recipes in their 3 published books that are not worth trying! I note that the books can not be bought in regular book stores. They are bought where you can usually buy Amo flour and cake mixes, ie kvickly, føtex etc. Good backlit :)
