Instructions for Ananaskage (Baked Pancake)

To prepare the Ananaskage (Baked Pancake) recipe, please follow these instructions:

Stir the butter and sugar well and stir the eggs one at a time.

Cut the diced pineapple into small pieces and gently stir it in the dough with vanilla sugar.

Mix flour and baking powder and gently turn it in.

Wipe the dough into a frying pan, about 23 x 33 cm, and behind it on the second row at 190 degrees C. alm. Oven for approx. 25 minutes.

Put a thin layer of flour on when the cake is taken out of the oven. Cut it into suitable pieces.
