To prepare the Angel Wings from Lolland recipe, please follow these instructions:
All the ingredients are mixed and kneaded to a smooth dough. Laid to rest 1 hour.
Rolling dough for approx. 3 mm. thickness. Cut out with a klejne track and bake light brown in coconut oil or lard.
Serve with powdered sugar sprinkled over.
Tips:
Will be nice crispy outside and soft inside.
