Ingredients for Appelsingifler

0.5dlCoffee cream
1Eggs
1tbspSugar
1.5dlOrange Marmalade
125gButter or margarine
2tbspFinely chopped almonds
2dlWheat flour
2tbspPearl sugar
5gYeast

Instructions for Appelsingifler

To prepare the Appelsingifler recipe, please follow these instructions:

Chop the cold fat into the flour and add sugar. Stir the yeast into a little of the cream, pour it into the flour mixture and work the dough quickly.

Divide the dough into 2 pieces and roll each portion into a round cake, approx. 25 cm. In diameter. Do not let the dough raise, but immediately cut out 8 triangles of each part.

Put a small stick of orange marmalade on each triangle and make wedges by rolling the triangles together from the wide side toward the tip.

Put the toxins on baking paper on a plate. Whip the egg and brush the glands, sprinkle with pearls and almonds. Bake at 200 degrees for approx. 10 minutes until they are golden and crisp.
