50gMilk chocolate for coating

To prepare the Apple cake (baked) w / chocolate coating WITHOUT EGG recipe, please follow these instructions:

Use food processor: Mix sugar and margarine. Then mix flour, vanilla sugar and baking soda. Pour the milk into a thin jet while stirring the dough. Peel the apples and remove the core. Then cut them into smaller pieces and mix them up with the rest of the dough in the food processor until the apples are chopped / mashed fine. Pour the dough into a greased spring form.

Bake for approx. 55 min. At 175 degrees, on the second row. Let the cake cool and melt melted chocolate.

tips:
The apples can be replaced by 1 ounce banana. NOTE: If hand mixes are used, the margarine must have room temperature and the apples are torn fine in the dough.
