200gCream cheese, plain
200gDark chocolate 44%
200gPure raw marzipan
275gWheat flour
3Eggs
300gBrown sugar

Instructions for Apple cake with chocolate / marcipan

To prepare the Apple cake with chocolate / marcipan recipe, please follow these instructions:

Stir out of oil.
The eggs are whipped in one at a time.
The dry ingredients are whipped in the dough.
Turn the grated apples, grated marcipan and chopped chocolate into the dough.

The dough comes in a pan of bread ca. 26x38cm covered with baking paper.

Bake at 180 degrees in alm. Oven approx. 50 min.

Cream cheese icing

Cut the cream cheese into smaller pieces and mix well with Danish water, flour, lemon peel and juice. Grease the "glaze" on the cold cake and decorate with grated lemon peel.
