Ingredients for Apple flour with honeyed almonds

0.5dlFreshly squeezed lemon juice
0.5-1dlPort wine or sherry
1Handful of almonds
1tbspCorn flour
1bagMacaroons
1Vanilla rod
1500gApples
2Egg yolks
2tspHoney
2dlWhipped cream
2.5dlMilk
3tbspSugar
5tbspWater

Instructions for Apple flour with honeyed almonds

To prepare the Apple flour with honeyed almonds recipe, please follow these instructions:

Apple Compote: Peel the apples, cut them into coarse pieces and put them in a pan. Fold the vanilla pole and scrape the grains. Bring both in the pan with lemon juice, sugar and water. Boil the compote and let it boil for approx. 7-10 min.
