To prepare the Apple pie (open) recipe, please follow these instructions:

Shortcrust:
The dough was kneaded together and rolled out on a floured table. A greased pie shape is coated with the dough that is stuck and baked in a preheated oven approx. 10 min. At 200 degrees C. alm. oven.


Apple boats with or without peel are put on the semi-baked dough, sprinkled with sugar, raisins or currants and cinnamon. The butter is melted and poured over or placed in small pieces here and there.

The pie is then baked approx. 30 min. At 175 degrees C. alm. oven.
