100gDark chocolate
200gOrganic Dried apricots u/stone
4Egg yolks
4Whipped egg whites
5dlWhipped cream

To prepare the Apricot is M / Chocolate recipe, please follow these instructions:

Chop the apricots nicely and simmer the liqueur for 2 hours.

Blend the apricots with the layer to a fine pure.

Chop the chocolate roughly.

Whip the egg yolks with sugar until they are completely light and airy. And the rice forms traces.

Whip the cream stiff. Mix the mixed apricots in the egg yolks. Turn the egg and apricot into the stewed cream.

Put the cream in the freezer for 20 minutes.
Stir the icecream and fry for 20 minutes.

Stir the ice cream through again and turn the next pinch whites in.

Freeze again for 20 minutes. Stir the ice and freeze it in the desired shape for at least 4 hours.
