Wheat flour to form
Butter or margarine to form

125gDried apricots
175gWheat flour
2Eggs
2tbspHoney
2dlWater from soaking planning

Instructions for Apricot Pudding

To prepare the Apricot Pudding recipe, please follow these instructions:

Place the apricots in a soft few hours until they become soft or let them lay overnight. Let them drip well, but save 2 dl of icing water and 4 apricot sauce. Chop other apricots well.

Whip egg, sugar and fat airy. Gently mix the chopped apricots, vanilla sugar and wheat flour. Butter a soufflé form, sprinkle it with flour and pour the dough. Put the mold into a water bath that reaches 2/3 up the edge of the mold. Bake bid at 200º for 1 1/4 hour.

Run cornamel, water, honey and the stored apricots in a blender. Warm the sauce in a saucepan until it has become slightly thicker. Serve the tender and the sauce warm.
