1Lemon grated zest and juice of which
1Whole trout or salmon or the like
1Large handful chopped flat-leaf parsley
2Chopped chili (mild or strong ... According to taste)
2tbspCoriander seeds (crushed with knife or mortar)
4-5cloveChopped garlic

Instructions for Arabic fish

To prepare the Arabic fish recipe, please follow these instructions:

A whole fish is cleaned and head, fins and tail removed.
