250gMushrooms (a hill)
300gBoiled asparagus cut into small pieces
50gWheat flour

To prepare the Asparagus sauce with mushrooms recipe, please follow these instructions:

Clean and comminute mushrooms. Sprinkle them lightly with salt and boil them in 2 dl water. When boiled for 10 minutes, the mushroom slices are taken up and the milk is added. The pot is taken from the heat. Melt the butter and chop a large chopped onion softly into it. Sprinkle flour over the white onion, pour the mushroom and boil for a smooth sauce. Add finally mushrooms and asparagus. Season with lemon balm, salt and pepper.
