Rinse and peel asparagus. Cut it trembling off. Take plenty of water with added dietary margarine, sea salt and lemon juice and bring to a boil. Boil the asparagus approx. 15 min. Until they are still crisp. Rinse the tomatoes and remove the stem. Place the tomatoes in boiling water for approx. 20 sec. Depending on their maturity. Take them up and put them in ice water.
