130gWheat flour
2Eggs
2Ripe bananas
40gChopped unsalted pistachios

Instructions for Avocado Bread

To prepare the Avocado Bread recipe, please follow these instructions:

Set the oven to 175 degrees

Butter a breadcrumb (Standard size: about 1: 26 cm, b: 12 cm and h: 7 cm)

Mix oatmeal, flour, baking soda, soda, salt, vanilla sugar and chopped walnuts in a large bowl and set aside

Mash the avocado in a large bowl

Add oil and brown dumplings and whip with an electric whip until the mass becomes lind and creamy

Add the eggs and whip carefully

Stir the bananas in

Stir the bowl with oatmeal and the other dry ingredients together with the avocado sauce
