2Ripe avocados
2dlWhipped cream
4dlChicken stock (water + cube)

To prepare the Avocado soup à la crème recipe, please follow these instructions:

Half the avocados. Save half to decorate. Dip it with a little lemon so it does not get dark.

Take the meat out of the other avocados - it's easiest to use a spoon.

Bring the avocado to a blender or food processor along with lemon juice, cream, curry, (salt), white pepper and cold broth.

Cut the baked half avocado into strips and decorate the soup. Can be heated or served cold.
