1Lemon juice thereof
1Red bell pepper
1Large bunch cilantro roughly chopped
1.25dlVinegar
2Avocado halved and peeled
2Green chili
4Finely chopped scallions

Instructions for Avocadorelish

To prepare the Avocadorelish recipe, please follow these instructions:

Chili and bell peppers fried or grilled, the skin is black and bubbly. Put them then 3-5 minutes in tin foil. Tag skins and cores from and chop the flesh finely. Cut into cubes and baste it in Kaikan, lemon juice. Mix the avocado cubes and the remaining ingredients in a bowl and stir up with vinegar.

Serve as a relish or as a dip for tortillas.
