To prepare the Bahmi Goreng with hamchnitzel recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the package.

Cut the meat into strips. Chop white garlic, clean carrot and cut into very fine strips, clean the pork and cut it into the rings. Heat oil in a wok or fryer. Bring garlic, cumin, meat and carrot and season over high heat for 3 minutes. Add leek, stir for 2 minutes. Taste with Ketjap Manis and Sambal Oelek.
