Seasonal fruits, here: Strawberry PEAR cherry rhubarb fresh figs peaches apricots
Mascaponi (Italian cheese) stirred up with
1kgSugar
1 1/2tbspVanilla sugar
6-7Vanilla-pods

Instructions for Baked fruit

To prepare the Baked fruit recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cut the vanilla sticks into smaller pieces and blend them. Pour sugar to the vanilla bars. When the mass is well mixed, pour it through a sieve. Sugar and vanilla are blended again until the vanilla is completely broken.

Remove the flower from the strawberries. Peel the bulbs, remove the core and pour lemon juice. Take the stones out of the cherries and cut out the rhubarb. Cut the rest of the fruits through and remove the stones. Cut a cross into the figs.

Sprinkle 4-5 tablespoons vanilla sugar over the fruits and pour some brandy or sweet wine over.

Cooking time: approx. 15 minutes (until the fruit is soft).
