1bundleFinely chopped parsley
1dlOlive oil
1clovePressed or finely chopped garlic
6Very large mushroom (portobello)
6slicesParma ham (without too much fat)
6Small flat slices goat cheese

Instructions for Baked mushrooms with goat cheese

To prepare the Baked mushrooms with goat cheese recipe, please follow these instructions:

Preheat oven to 250 gr.

Remove ovaries from the cleaned mushrooms.
Mix balsamic vinegar, olive oil, parsley, garlic, salt and pepper.
Style the mushrooms upside down on a baking pan lined with baking paper (the clear with olive oil).

Brush the marinade over the mushrooms and bake them for approximately 10-12 minutes-depending on size.
