1Handful of frozen haricovert (fine beans)
1Great pork tenderloin
1000gRaw potatoes into slices (volume after estimates)
2Egg whites (pasteurized)
2.5dlWhipped cream
200gLeek into slices (volume after estimates)
500gMinced veal/pork
