To prepare the Baked potato peel recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cut the potatoes into smaller pieces and cook them completely in unsalted water.

Pour the water off and blend or mash them. Stir butter and egg yolks into a fairly firm mashed potato. Season with salt and pepper.

Cool the mash before putting it in 8-12 peaks on baking paper, possibly. Using a syringe bag.

Behind the peaks light golden in a preheated oven of 220 degrees C. alm. Oven for approx. 10 minutes.
