Butter or margarine
1Chopped green bell pepper

1Large chopped onions
100gGrated parmesan or cheddar cheese
250gMushroom
4Peeled and diced tomatoes

Crack squashene lengthwise, remove the seeds, take out and chop the selling the pulp concerned.
