Instructions for Baltic clays

To prepare the Baltic clays recipe, please follow these instructions:

Mix the soda and salt in the flour. Add the butter, cut into small pieces, together with creme fraiche, vinegar and vodka, knead the dough well. Place it on a plate and put the film over and place it in the fridge for 2 hours.

Roll the dough onto a flour-coated table approx. 2 mm thick and cut it into pieces with a slate groove, shape them a little in the S-shape. Do not twist the rags. Lay the cloths on a dish.

When they are all shaped, they are boiled in a pot of very hot grease or palmin. If it sews around the match of a match, the fat is appropriately hot.

Put the clay on a piece of greasy paper and serve them freshly cooked with a good layer of sour cream.
