2tbspSemi-skimmed milk
3Egg white
40gWheat bran
50gSkimmed-milk powder

Instructions for Banana muffins, low calorie

To prepare the Banana muffins, low calorie recipe, please follow these instructions:

Turn the oven on 175 degrees hot air.
Mash the bananas with the milk. Rosiner is chopped easily and mixed in. Skim milk powder and wheat bran are stirred in.
In another bowl whip egg whites stiff with flour and vanilla sugar, whip for approx. 5 minutes.
The banana / rosin / flour mixture is turned into the pinch egg whites with a dough scraper.
The dough is spread into a 12-hole muffin plate lined with papers and baked for 15-20 minutes.

These "muffins" contain 67 kcal per piece and contain many proteins (from egg white and skimmed milk powder) and fiber (from wheat bran). They are not very sweet and are mostly meant as a healthy snack. If you want sweeter you can add extra sugar or raisins.
