Ingredients for Bean pot

optional1 dl. vegetable stock
Bay leaf
1canPeeled tomatoes
1Green bell pepper
1Red bell pepper
150gBacon, diced
2Wiener sausages
5dlMacerate cooked black beans (or kidney beans) or canned beans

Instructions for Bean pot

To prepare the Bean pot recipe, please follow these instructions:

Remember: Use dried beans, they must first soaked and cooked. Follow the instructions on the bag.

Slice the mushrooms, peppers, tomatoes and sausage into slices.

Fry the bacon in a pan. Before the bacon is fried, add the sliced sausages, finished as FRY about a minute, add the mushrooms and fry with before.

Peppers and tomatoes are added next, and sauté briefly.

Add the tomato Tin as well as possibly. 1 dl vegetable stock, but beware, there will not be too much wetness in court.

Add the beans, bay leaf, ground black pepper and oregano.

Let the Court cook at low heat for approximately 10-15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Served with basmati rice
