Ingredients for Beef curry

Oil for frying
Torn shell of 1 eco-lemon
Juice from 2 limes
1tbspCrushed black peppercorns
1tspSalt
1000gBeef fx bov or lump
1-2Finely chopped fresh chili (after flavor/strength)
2Finely chopped onion
2cmFinely chopped fresh ginger
2tspTurmeric
2tspCumin seeds
2tspDried coriander
3-4cloveFinely chopped garlic
3-4dlCoconut milk
8-10Dried lime leaves

Instructions for Beef curry

To prepare the Beef curry recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cut the meat into cubes of approx. 3 cm.

Heat the oil in a frying pan. When the oil is warm, bring the chopped onion and stir until golden.
Add ginger root, chili, garlic and crushed pepper, toasted with onions one minute.
Bring the meat and step on until it is light browned.
Add coriander, cumin and turmeric, and continue for ½-1 minute.

Add coconut milk, salt and glue leaves. Coconut milk must even cover the meat, or add some water.
Bring the saucepan slowly. Turn down and simmer the dish under the lid until the meat is tender. At least 2 hours.

When the dish is finished, the sauce must be quite thick. If it is too thin, cook further without a few minutes.

A few minutes before serving, add lemon peel and lime juice and glue leaves are caught.

Ornaments. With a few fresh coriander leaves.

Server with Jasminris and possibly. Naan bread.
