2Steaks of beef fillet (a) ca. 175 g
2Shallots, finely chopped
2Big potatoes, grated
200gMushrooms, diced
4dlBeef broth

The grated potatoes are pressed for wetness and FRY in frying pan until they are golden brown on each side and seasoned.
