2tbspVegetable oil
4Scallions in 2 ½ cm long pieces
4cloveMinced garlic
4Dried Chinese mushrooms
500gLean Sirloin steak into thin slices
8-10stemsBok choy

To prepare the Beef on leasing of vegetables recipe, please follow these instructions:

Soak the mushrooms in warm water for 30 minutes, drip and cut into thin slices. Rinse the choy cabbage well into 5 cm long pieces - also the tops. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a wok or large saute pan. Add the book choy and lightning for 2-3 minutes until the cabbage is tender but still crisp. Place the cabbage on a serving dish and keep it warm. Pour if necessary. Sweat the pan and add the last spoonful of oil. Saute garlic and beef until it is browned well. Stir the remaining ingredients in, including the mushrooms, and continue for 2 minutes. Pour the dish over the book choy and server.
