To prepare the Beef tenderloin Provencale recipe, please follow these instructions:

The potatoes are peeled and cut into thin slices. The potato slices are baked in oil, sprinkle with salt, pepper and finely chopped garlic. Broth is poured and the potatoes are spread over the lid.

The meat is brushed with oil and brown on all sides in a frying pan. Sweat the heat and raise the meat for approx. 15 min, turning frequently. Let the meat pull about 15 min.

Beat the potatoes and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Cut the meat into slices and put them on top of the potatoes.
