1kgLean beef in large cubes
1tbspVegetable oil
15Fresh basil leaves or 2 tablespoons dried Basil
2tbspFish sauce
2tbspRed curry paste
4dlCoconut milk
4Dried kaffir lime leaves

Instructions for Beef with red curry paste

To prepare the Beef with red curry paste recipe, please follow these instructions:

Heat the oil in a wok or large saute pan. Add curry paste and simmer for 1 minute.

Stir all other ingredients in and boil. Turn the flask down and simmer for 1½ hours until the beef is tender.

Serve the dish with boiled rice.
