250gProcessed cheese
500gBeetroot

Instructions for Beetroot with cheese

To prepare the Beetroot with cheese recipe, please follow these instructions:

Boil the beetroot in water, approx. ½ hour.
Pour the water off, beat cold water over the beets and pil them.
Cut the beetroot in thick slices
Turn the slices into cone egg and rasp or rye flour.
Brown the butter on the forehead and put the beetroot in it, a few minutes on each side.
Sprinkle the beetroot with salt and pepper and keep them warm.
Cut the cheese into slices, turn the slices of egg and rye flour in the same way as the beetroot and brush the cheese for a few minutes in the browned butter on the forehead. It must go quickly so the cheese does not melt.
