To prepare the Belgian Endive recipe, please follow these instructions:

Rinse, cut 1 cm of julesalaten from rodenden, remove the innermost bitter cone. Leaf end loosened and cut into thick strips. Peel banana and cut it into slices. Mix everything in a bowl.
