Coconut oil or oil for cooking

25gYeast
25gButter
300gWheat flour

Instructions for Berliner Pfannkuchen

To prepare the Berliner Pfannkuchen recipe, please follow these instructions:

Melt the butter and add the milk. Let it be hand warm. Dissolve yeast into milk and add sugar and egg. Add the flour gradually and knead the dough well. The dough may stick a bit. Cover the bowl with a dish or a piece of film and let the dough raise for 1 hour a loose place. Beat the dough and roll it out approx. ½ cm thick. Udkik circles approx. 8 cm in diameter.
